In which Dame Slap nukes the fridge and celebrates blue-blood breeding ...

Oh it's good to be back amongst the reptiles, even Dame Slap, and even when Dame Slap has got nothing much to say, apart from naughty jokes based on someone's name, and proposing assorted purity tests to check who are real Liberals and who are fake news …and who are heretics who should be given a decent punitive whipping and a drumming out of parliament.

Given the pond's own inclination to nicknames, it must forgive Dame Slap for talking of 'jumping the Sharkie', though really these days the pond much prefers to talk of fridges …

It really is the superior meme, but now to business and the hunting out of heretics and fakes ...

Shocking stuff, with the immodest poodle at it again, and Malware at his most devious and twisted, and thank the long absent lord, the Dame is there to persecute the wicked, and sort out those who should be saved … please, are there "genuine Liberals" in the house, and what, it might be asked, is a "genuine Liberal", and none of your soppy wet leftie libs in your answer, please!?

The pond is so glad someone asked that question about what makes a "genuine Liberal", so that Dame Slap might be able to answer.

You see a "real Liberal" is someone who is born to it. It runs in the blood, and you need the blue blood to be able to run for a blue-ribbon seat for the mighty Blues …

This is how the very best get to compete in the Python's upper class twit of the year competition …

… and helps explain why Lord Downer won event after event ...

You can't get this sort of quality by dragging your average wet moist wannabe Liberal kicking and screaming into the tent, one where the breeding is suspect or might have gone wrong, or never been there in the first place …

(here for more Punch cartoons and thoughts on degeneration).

How lucky the Liberal party is to have Dame Slap as its authoritative guide to proper weights and measures … and now for some constitutional thoughts on ways of punishing the wicked and the deviant deviators who make life hell for Dame Slap ...

Barking mad, and profoundly intolerant as well, but then that's Dame Slap … just your average Joe McCarthy down under, ever poised to sniff out treason and treachery, and punish miscreants and turncoats and traitors, and incidentally waste precious moments of the pond's life considering punitive actions, when a ballot box is near enough at hand …

Meanwhile, other reptiles are in an aesthetic rage, and so the pond knew it had missed the Archibald Prize yet again ...

The pond has only one thought for these posturing reptiles. As Oscar Wilde once famously remarked: "It is better to be beautiful than to be good … but it is better to be good than to scribble for the ugly reptiles".

How is it possible to talk aesthetics while working for the evil empire? Is there a Darth Vader in the house to explain?

Perhaps Christopher Allen isn't aware of the company he keeps, and given his agitation about a little period dress, it's unlikely he'd support the pond's contention that Rowe's portrait is the real winner, with more winning Rowe here ...

  1. Can Dame Slap please explain what a 'causal vacancy' is?

  2. Lady Downer is about as sharp as a hunk of wet leather, as old Foghorn Leghorn would say. A real chip of the old block head dad.

  3. Georgina is of course a propaganda hack at the IPA.
    The plot sickens!

    1. More and more petty little factions in the Libs - assuming she joins up with Tim 'Freedom boi' Wilson, that is. I seem to remember that there's one or two other Libs who are IPA 'deep state' agitpropists too, but my old memory won't cough up their names.

Dames Groan and Snap are, of course, but neither of them can get a parliamentary seat nowadays.

  4. Great to have you back, DP, I was seriously running out of things to do for the rest of my time.

So anyway, I thought I'd ask if you've ever encountered this previously:

She was 12 when she did that and then went on to win AGT.
